Safeguarding
We follow national safeguarding guidance and our own robust procedures. All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is available to talk to parents at any time. Safer recruitment is built into how we hire.
Staff & leadership
Brambles is run by two experienced nursery managers with sector qualifications and a clear focus on early-years quality. Our Forest School practitioners are qualified to lead outdoor learning, and our SENCO supports children with additional needs alongside families and outside professionals.
Parent & school partnerships
Each child has an online learning profile parents can read and add to from home. We share observations with local schools at transition, and host teacher visits where we can. When outside professionals are involved, we work alongside them — never around them.
