Real progression, properly supported.
We support staff to deepen their qualifications and build specialisms — Level 3 / Foundation Degree progression, Forest School practitioner training, SENCO certification, paediatric first aid, safeguarding leads, food hygiene. We pay for the training we ask you to do.
Safeguarding & safer recruitment
Every appointment, the same care.
We follow safer recruitment best practice. All roles require an Enhanced DBS check, references and a face-to-face interview with the nursery managers. Successful candidates complete safeguarding induction in their first week and ongoing safeguarding training each year.
