This year we have had to celebrate Remembrance Day a little differently. We would normally walk over to the memorial garden within 40 Commando and present a wreath made by the children to the Padre who lays it at their memorial service. This year the Padre came to nursery just before the start of the second lockdown and we were able to present the wreath ensuring social distancing was maintained. The children have also been busy decorating poppies for us to display in our window for all the parents to admire.’
